All of our rentals are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts required. Rent as long as you need and cancel when you're done.
Yes. Eagle's Nest Storage has 24-hour camera surveillance throughout the facility.
Yes. The facility has an electronically locked gate. Each tenant receives their own personal PIN code for access.
Gate access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5pm.
We do not require insurance. However, we highly recommend that tenants carry renters insurance to protect their stored belongings.

We offer five indoor unit sizes: 10×10 standard, 10×20 standard, 20×20 deluxe, 10×10 climate-controlled, and 10×15 climate-controlled. We also have outdoor R.V. parking and 20-foot CONEX container storage. See all units →
Climate-controlled units maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level year-round. They are recommended for electronics, documents, photographs, antiques, artwork, musical instruments, and anything that could be damaged by Georgia's heat and humidity.
